On Friday, October 16, a field operation will be held at the “Horbat Seadim” (Seadim Ruin) Nature Reserve near Jerusalem.

The activity will start at 06:00 and end at 14:00 (GMT)

The reserve is part of the WWFF 4XFF-0135 (link) project so the operation is expected to arouse much interest around the world.

Each operator works with his or her own personal call sign so this is also an opportunity for new amateurs to experiment and be exposed to interesting and challenging field activities.

 On the border of the reserve there is a shady and spacious park with lots of outdoor tables and also a spacious overnight parking lot.

You can have a picnic and there is room for radio stations and antennas.

The “Aminadav Promenade” leaves from the park and the famous “Springs Trail” also passes nearby.
